Education - Training leaders

One of the thing that makes BNI unique is our training and education. We train directors, we train the leadership teams and the people that take on the support roles and we train the members.

This week I have a full week of BNI. Today I will be meeting fellow directors and we will be planning the next Leadership team training in detail to make sure that it is effective and that everybody gets something from the morning.

Tomorrow I am at Theale chapter, a new group who are looking to grow to 20 by the summer and I am helping them with that goal.

On Wednesday I am at our Lakeside Reading chapter to deliver a 1:1 workshop in how to use you 1:1 time effectively as part of your business networking strategy. Furthermore the session is designed to give members the tools to come away from a 1:1 with a referral every time. This is a great workshop that I really enjoy delivering and members tell me they get excellent value.

Later in the week I am at Loddon Twyford for their visitor day and these are always fantastic days to be in a BNI group with loads of buzz and business being done, new partnerships starting and a really great way to start the day.

My BNI week will finish off with a visit to Jack O'Newbury for their first time at Newbury Rugby Club a new venue for the group which should give them some added momentum and keep them as the top performing chapter in Berkshire. I am doing the education slot that day.

So a busy week with education at its heart, I will try and keep you posted.

Regards
Julian.
